I worked with Littlewoods to further develop their online presence, creating email campaigns, flash advertising banners, and a user friendly accessible website that would fulfill the needs of each department within the largest shop at home company in the UK. The creation of a whitelabel website involved user testing along with A B testing to further improve the flow of the user journey. Making the website pass accesibility laws resulted in a wider audience being able to surf the website with confidence.
Online sales for the Littlewoods brand increased by 12% in the first year the project was implemented.
